1. Project Cancellation

Before Work Starts

If a project is canceled before any work begins, the client may be eligible for a full refund.

After Work Begins

If work has already started, a partial refund may be issued based on the amount of work completed and resources used.


2. Service Delivery Issues

If AdZely is unable to deliver agreed services as outlined in the project scope (excluding delays caused by the client), a refund may be requested.

Approved refunds will typically reflect the unfinished portion of the project.


3. Dissatisfaction With Work

If you are not satisfied with the delivered work:

  • You must notify AdZely within 7 days of delivery
  • We will attempt to resolve the issue through revisions
  • If the issue cannot be resolved, a partial refund may be considered

4. Technical Issues

If technical problems arise directly from our work and cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe, a refund may be issued for the affected portion.

Issues caused by third-party tools or services are not guaranteed to qualify for refunds.


5. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after work has started
  • Client delays due to missing content or approvals
  • Completed and approved projects
  • Fully delivered services
  • Third-party costs such as domains, hosting, plugins, themes, or licenses

These costs are non-recoverable once incurred.


6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:
